What we collect

Who else sees it

Recipients are limited to the providers we rely on to run the shop: hosting, network and security, payment processing, delivery and customer support, plus anything a legal obligation requires. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

The cookies we set are functional ones for the cart and the checkout. We do not run behavioural tracking or remarketing tags. Technical cookies from our hosting, caching and network security providers may also be present. This policy is updated if further cookies or services are added.

Gift orders and second addresses

A gift order carries a second delivery address. We keep it with the order so the courier can deliver, and we do not add the recipient to any mailing list.

How long we keep it

Order records are held for the period needed to handle the order itself, any return or refund, our accounts, and whatever a legal obligation requires. Nobody is added to a mailing list without asking.

Your rights and how to raise a complaint

Access, correction and deletion are all available on request – deletion where we have no legal obligation to retain the record. If we are relying on your consent for something, you can withdraw it. This is handled under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000).
