Buying and delivery
When will my order arrive?
Dispatch is from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Allow 1-2 business days for us to pack and 3-9 business days for the courier, giving 4-11 business days overall as an estimate.
What does delivery cost?
Free above ₹999. Below it, ₹49 flat — and you see the figure before the order is placed.
Do you accept cards?
Two methods: UPI at checkout, or Cash on Delivery where the PIN code supports it. Cards are not accepted and no card data is collected here. There is no COD surcharge.
Are the diya holders safe with an open flame?
Metal and glass holders are made for tealights. Resin and fabric pieces are decorative — the product page names the material, and we do not extend a heat claim beyond it.
Will my invoice show GST?
We cannot. Lumara Manor is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added and there is no GSTIN to print on an invoice. An order invoice travels with the parcel instead.
How do returns work?
Tell us within 10 days of delivery. The item does not have to be back with us inside that window — contacting us in time is what counts. For a change-of-mind return the item must be unused, in original packaging with invoice. A damaged, wrong or incomplete order is not held to that condition.

Can I swap an item for another?
No exchanges. Send the item back under the return policy, then order the one you actually want.
Do the garlands include real flowers?
No. Every garland we stock is fabric or artificial unless the page says otherwise, and we say so on the page.
The box arrived crushed. What happens?
Write to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video helps a claim along but is not a requirement. We arrange a replacement or refund where applicable, and we pay the return postage on a confirmed fault.
Is there a showroom?
No. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address below is our business and order fulfilment address.
When will my refund arrive?
For a cancellation, 5-7 business days. For a return, 7 business days counted from when the item is back here and checked.
Are the idols hand-finished?
We repeat only what the supplier states. Where a piece is described as handcrafted the page says so; where it is not, we leave it out.
