Terms of service

The terms you agree to when you order from this site, written to be read rather than skimmed.

Trading identity

Lumara Manor trades from 65, 66, 67, Narayan Sing Saput Marg, Shivaji Market, Nagar Nigam, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452007, India and is the seller of record for every order placed on this site. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address below is our business and order fulfilment address.

Orders and pricing

An order placed here is an offer. It becomes a contract when our confirmation email goes out. Pricing is in INR and covers the product only. Delivery, where it applies, is displayed prior to completing the order.

Where a listing carries an obvious mistake, the order may be cancelled and refunded in full within 5-7 business days. That is preferable to shipping something the page described incorrectly.

What the listings mean

We publish supplier specifications unchanged. We are glad to compare a listing against your requirement, but a guarantee that something will fit or perform in your situation is beyond what a retailer can give.

There is no shop warranty on top of the product. Any warranty printed on a product page stands by itself.

The limit of a stated figure

Where a piece is described as brass or metal it is safe near a tealight; where it is resin or fabric it is decorative. We repeat the supplier’s material word exactly and do not extend any heat claim past it.

Your responsibilities

Give an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number, and check the parcel on arrival. Do not resell what you buy here as new stock of another brand, and do not copy the text or photographs on this site without permission.

Liability

No wording here overrides a consumer right that Indian law protects. Where the law permits a limit, ours is the amount paid for the product concerned.

Governing law

The governing law is that of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Jurisdiction sits with the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable rules.
