The reference printed on your order confirmation email. It is not the courier tracking number, which is issued later.
Order email
The address the order was placed with. Orders are looked up on that.
Photographs, for damage
Pictures of the outer parcel and of the item. With diya and tealight holders this matters more than usual.
The one detail that speeds an answer up
If you are ordering for a specific festival date, write to us before you order rather than after. We can tell you honestly whether the delivery estimate leaves enough room.
What we can and cannot help with
