Paying in practice

We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit or debit cards, and no card details are taken or stored on this site.

Orders of ₹999 and over ship free. Under that figure the flat ₹49 charge is applied, and you see it at checkout before confirming.

A note on this catalogue

Festival orders are often placed as gifts to another address, and Cash on Delivery is awkward for that. Where the parcel is going to someone else, UPI at checkout is the simpler route.

GST

A note on tax, because customers ask. Lumara Manor is not registered for GST; the business trades below the applicable GST registration threshold. That means two things in practice: GST is not charged separately on your order, and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. An order invoice is included with the parcel, and it is not a GST tax invoice. The product page price is the price of the goods; delivery, where it applies, is shown before checkout completes.

Payment problems

If a UPI payment is debited but the order does not confirm, send us the UPI reference and we trace it. If the same order is paid twice, the duplicate payment is refunded within 7 business days after we confirm the duplicate transaction.
